Mexico's Minister for Energy visits the Provisional Technical Secretariat

The Minister for Energy of Mexico, Mr Salvador Beltran del Rio, paid a courtesy visit to the Executive Secretary of the CTBTO Preparatory Commission, Mr Wolfgang Hoffmann, on Monday, 29 March 2004. The Minister reaffirmed Mexico's firm support for the Treaty.
